Today I dived back into the club!
Last week was half term so I decided just to take the week off of pretty much everything and just have some real downtime with the family. It was probably the most chilled out half term we have ever had. To be honest, it was probably too chilled as we don't really have many lasting memories other than buying the biggest pizza in town which 3 of us couldn't even manage 3/4 of! It was massive!
But today we get to re-set, start again and I started with the trusty #5amClub. This is something that I have harped on about a few times but I think it is so significant for me that I will continue to do so. I have even started to hashtag it - the self righteousness is real!!!
To keep the flow going, I want us all to start using it! Now, this isn't for those who NEED to get up at 5am. That's not the rules. This club is for those of us who WANT to get up at 5am. It is extra time that we are rewarding ourselves with to do things that will make a difference to our lives. It is a real kickstarter for your day and makes such an unbelievable difference.
