Bloody love a Monday.....
Today is even more exciting as I am doing something a little different (and to tell you the truth it feels kinda weird!!)
I have decided to spend this week doing my OWN 7 Day Happiness Challenge! The challenge is available for everyone for FREE just click HERE
The plan is to kick some deep rooted habits and in just 1 week we can see a different way of doing things by making a few small changes. This method is tried and tested by yours truly over several years and it has literally changed my life. Thing is, I wanted to make sure that I am still fully on board with these methods....hence why I decided to take the challenge myself!!
So far, so good. I feel awake and ready for the day. I have a plan of action and I am already ahead on my water intake and have planned to exceed my fruit and veg intake. I have to admit, I used one of my NEW DAILY DESK PLANNERS and it has been amazing to use as part of the challenge :)
