Whoops!
I accidentally hit the snooze button this morning. I think my subconscious is playing silly buggers!
I had a really chilled out evening last night but then found a new Netflix series which I instantly got hooked on. Before I knew it... 1am! Not such a great thing when the alarm is set for 5am!! I now have a whopping headache - likely from the lack of sleep!
Today is Tip Tuesday - so it’s only fitting that Today’s tip is - GET ENOUGH SLEEP!
We are suckers for a late night. There are so many glorious distractions to pry us away from our beauty sleep. But gettting to bed early on a regular basis is absolutely key to a better lifestyle. This, to be honest, is something that I am usually really good at. But last night ... Netflix won!
Tonight I get another chance to look after myself. I fully intend to run with that chance and do the right thing for me!
