Wowzers...what a week!
It's almost difficult to know where to start as so much has happened!
This week, I started University as a BSc Psychology Student, caught up with old friends, discovered the flaws with train timetables, realised how easy 10,000 steps is if you don't drive everywhere, consoled my son and my husband as they are both autistic and both had issues this week, attended a therapy session for my binge eating disorder, took some time out for myself to attend an online craft group and attempted to sort out ongoing issues with my sons school.
I was not intending to sleep in this morning but I certainly needed it! I just let my body rest and recover, and allowed myself to wake up naturally (which does NOT happen very often!)
It has been a good week overall, albeit busy, and I said to my husband just this morning when I first woke up that I was feeling really happy. I feel very much at peace internally and my mind seems to be working at a sensible rate at the moment. It is usually this time of year that I take a bit of a nosedive in terms of my mental health. I mean who doesn't with the shorter, grey days that we have here in the UK?! But this year feels different. Let's see if it lasts and I have indeed "Organised myself Happy"
I will let you know....
