Yes, I know...easier said than done!
We are all guilty of leaving something longer than we should and rushing to complete a task at the last minute! Even the most organised people have off days...trust me!
There is certainly something to it though. I know that I personally have always found that I am happier, more confident and less anxious when I plan ahead. I have 2 ways of doing this to organise my personal day to day tasks;

Get Set Sundays
These have become a staple part of my week and I honestly don't think that I could function properly without them now.
Every Sunday evening, I have a list of things to work through to help me plan ahead for the upcoming week. Tasks range from planning a rough idea of meals, checking the diary for 'out of the ordinary' events happening this week and writing out my daily planner pages for the week with all of the tasks that I will need to do, even the silly ones like 'Breakfast'.
Daily Planner Pages
Every day, I have a pre-planned set of tasks to complete that I identified on Get Set Sunday. Naturally, as the week progresses, I can edit and adapt the lists as things come up but they are an excellent guide to make sure I do not forget anything. You can buy these planners in the online shop HERE.
Give it a whirl and see how you get on. I know it works for me and I would love to know if this method also works for you!
